This privacy policy is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by our hosting provider. When you visit the website, the server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser:

This data is technically required to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data sources and is deleted automatically after a short period, unless longer retention is necessary to investigate a security incident.

3. Cookies, tracking and fonts

We do not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools. Fonts, icons and graphics are loaded exclusively from our own server; no data is transferred to third parties in the process.

If you use the light/dark switch, your choice is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to us. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (e.g. name, contact details, content of your enquiry) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Google Maps

On our contact page you can display a map from Google Maps. The map is only loaded when you click “Load map”. Only then is data – in particular your IP address – transferred to Google.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by reloading the page. Links, e.g. to Google Maps or to our Google review profile, open the website of the respective provider. The respective provider is responsible for data processing there.
